IT Manager
Lloyd Douglass serves as Morris & Garritano’s Information Technology Manager and brings with him 14 years of experience working in IT, management, information security, and the finance industry. Joining the agency in 2020, he is passionate about providing technical solutions to solve business problems. Lloyd excels in a fast-paced environment and keeping at the forefront of the industry, matching the technological needs of the company to our goals as an agency.
A staple in M&G leadership, Lloyd enjoys working with other professionals to further the technological advancement of our company as well as helping our teams communicate safer and more effectively.
Based in the Arroyo Grande area, he relocated to California from Massachusetts. Lloyd studied at Salem State University where he earned his BS in Business Administration with an MIS concentration. He has since continued to earn several certifications in his role.
Outside of work, Lloyd enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with his wife and three young children.
