Justin Maire joined the Morris & Garritano team in 2004. A Northern California native, he earned his degree in Business Finance with a minor in Economics at Sonoma State University before relocating back to the Central Coast to live and work in San Luis Obispo. 

In his tenure, Justin plays a vital role at Morris & Garritano serving as a Risk Advisor and company shareholder. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his clients, getting to know them and their business to understand what makes them successful, and offering comprehensive solutions to help meet their goals. Justin has a specialization in Construction, Hospitality, Winery, and non-profit insurance and has assisted his clients with insuring their risks with offices and employees in various countries around the world. 

Justin is a graduate of the San Luis Obispo Leadership Program Class XVI. In 2019, Justin was recognized by the SLO Tribune as one of our area’s “Top 40 Under 40” rising professionals and prominent leaders. He has done work with the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce and volunteered on the ambassadors committee, and he has sat on the board of the San Luis Obispo Youth Baseball association and Softec, the Central Coast Technology Association. He was also named the 2005 New Rotarian of the year by the Rotary Club of Grover Beach. 

Keeping active, Justin has coached several youth baseball, flag football, and basketball programs on the central coast and now enjoys watching two of his kids compete in college athletics. In addition to spending time with his wife and four kids, Justin enjoys traveling, surfing, fishing, golfing, and being with friends and family.
