Daniel Cole

Dan Cole joined Morris & Garritano in 2020 with more than a decade of sales experience in the insurance industry. He brings extensive knowledge and practice from his prior business, where he recruited, trained, and developed over 150 insurance agents.

Skilled in sales, management, agency growth, recruiting, and marketing strategy, Dan went from being a Training Coordinator to building and expanding his own agency in Bakersfield. His continued success in business development plays a vital role in the organic growth, territory expansion, client experience, and overall vision here at Morris & Garritano.

Dan is passionate about implementing effective growth initiatives and developing systems that allow our teams to thrive. He plays an integral role in the personal relationships that are centric to our mission and fostering a culture of motivation and collaboration among our teams.

A Central Coast native, Dan was born and raised in Santa Barbara.  After moving around some, he is happy to be based here along the coast in SLO County. Outside of the office, Dan enjoys barbequing, playing sports, and spending time outside at the lake or beach with his wife and three kids.
